To open a Telephone Account.

  • Contact Customer Services on 0808 1000 696
  • Inform Customers Services of the card type you wish to register e.g. Debit Card or Credit Card.
  • Provide card details and the amount you wish to deposit.
  • You will be asked to provide your 3 digit security number on the back of your card (This will be requested every time you request to make a deposit).
  • The minimum deposit amount is £5 per card transaction.

How To Withdraw Funds.
All withdrawals can be subject to standard security checks and can take up to 48 hours to be processed.

  • Where a deposit has been made by card this must be the same as the name that you used to register with Pagebet.

  • If you deposited funds by UK Debit Card you can withdraw some or all of your balance by making the withdrawal straight back to your card.
  • Inform Customer Services of how much you wish to have paid back into your bank account, and we will credit the card which you used to deposit the funds.
  • Once a withdrawal request has been received the funds will be transferred by us at the end of business that day. The funds may take about three to five working days to reach your bank account due to standard bank clearance procedures.

Before a withdrawal is made, Pagebet reserve the right to ask for:

  • A faxed copy of the front and back of the card.
  • Utility bill.
  • A copy of a valid passport, driver's license or identity card.
